Privacy Policy

How WashMerit handles customer and provider information during soft launch.

What we collect

  • Quote request details such as name, email, phone, postcode, service type, job notes, contact preference, and uploaded job photos.
  • Provider details such as company name, contact details, website, service area, service list, proof summaries, claim requests, verification evidence notes, and billing/entitlement status.
  • Internal operational records such as admin notes, quote-routing states, follow-up notes, review moderation decisions, security events, and analytics events.

Why we use it

  • To run quote requests, manual concierge follow-up, provider matching, review moderation, verification, billing support, site security, and service improvement.
  • To contact customers or providers about requests, claims, verification, complaints, cancellations, or support questions.

Processors and storage

  • WashMerit may use hosting, database, authentication, payment, analytics, email, upload, and security providers to operate the service.
  • Examples include Vercel/hosting, Neon/database, Stripe/payment handling, Clerk/authentication where enabled, Google analytics/search tooling where configured, Microsoft Clarity where configured, Cloudflare/DNS/security, and Zoho/email operations.

Retention and rights

  • We keep records only for operational, legal, trust, billing, security, and dispute-handling needs.
