Complaints process
Complaints should be investigated clearly and fairly.
Complaints about listings, quote quality, or reviews should be sent to `rheace@washmerit.com` with the provider name, date, and the problem being challenged.
WashMerit may reduce visibility, pause verification, or hold review publication while investigating a complaint. Claimable listings can remain visible while their status is clarified, but verified status may be suspended if evidence is inconsistent.
A listing can stay visible while details are being checked, but a verified status may be removed or paused if the evidence no longer supports it.
