Terms of Use
Basic terms for using WashMerit as a public directory and quote-routing service.
Directory limits
- WashMerit helps users compare exterior-cleaning providers, but public profile information can change and may include provider-supplied details.
- A listing, shortlist, or status label is not a guarantee of price, availability, workmanship, insurance, safety outcome, or damage-free work.
Customer responsibility
- Before hiring, customers should confirm final quote, scope, method, insurance, access needs, chemicals, timings, payment terms, and any property-specific risk directly with the provider.
- Commercial buyers should confirm RAMS, insurance, scheduling, site rules, and procurement requirements before booking.
Quote routing
- WashMerit aims to shortlist 2 to 3 relevant providers where possible rather than broadly blasting a lead.
- During soft launch, quote handling may be manually reviewed and followed up by the WashMerit operator.
