Reviews are checked before they are published.

WashMerit accepts reviews only for genuine completed or paid work. Reviews must identify the reviewer, the provider, the type of job, and the date of service.

Reviews are not published immediately. They are held for moderation so duplicates, fraud, irrelevant content, and clear policy breaches can be screened before they become public.

Providers may respond to approved reviews. Response rights do not allow a provider to demand removal just because the feedback is negative.

WashMerit can reject or remove reviews that appear false, abusive, unrelated to a real job, incentivised without disclosure, or otherwise inconsistent with current review and advertising standards.
