Provider Terms
Basic terms for provider claims, subscriptions, verification, and Market Leader applications.
Plans
- Claimed Listing is free. Verified Pro is £59/month through the public checkout. Market Leader is £149/month but application-led and scarce during soft launch.
- Market Leader placement depends on territory, service fit, trust evidence, commercial fit, and operational capacity; it is not sold as an automatic public checkout.
Verification and public claims
- Providers must not submit fake reviews, fake proof, misleading insurance claims, unsupported commercial capability, or inaccurate service areas.
- Verified status depends on WashMerit-reviewed evidence and does not guarantee job outcome, price, availability, or customer volume.
No guaranteed leads
- Paid plans improve profile and eligibility/positioning where relevant, but WashMerit does not guarantee enquiries, leads, bookings, rankings, revenue, or exclusive territory unless separately agreed in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
- Subscription cancellation and refund questions should be sent to hello@washmerit.com.
- During soft launch, WashMerit will review refund requests case by case, including duplicate payments, mistaken plan selection, unavailable application-led inventory, or clear service setup errors.
