Refunds and Cancellations

How provider subscription cancellation and refund questions are handled during soft launch.

Provider subscriptions

  • Verified Pro can be cancelled by contacting hello@washmerit.com while self-serve billing controls are being finalised.
  • Market Leader should only be activated after application/fit review; if payment is attempted without approval, contact WashMerit so it can be reviewed.

Refund review

  • Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate payments, mistaken plan selection, payment errors, unavailable application-led inventory, or clear setup issues.
  • WashMerit does not promise refunds for lost leads, lack of enquiries, ranking preference, or provider changes outside WashMerit control.

Support target

  • Soft-launch support target: respond within 24–72 hours via hello@washmerit.com.
