- Issue detail: Show the thickest moss, gutters/downpipes, falling-debris risk, and where waste can be collected.
- Access notes: explain height, parking, side access, ladders/scaffold constraints, public routes, and whether the site is residential or commercial.
- Method notes: ask whether the provider plans manual removal, low-pressure cleaning, soft wash, steam, treatment, or a staged follow-up.
- Proof boundary: request same-surface examples and documents where relevant, but treat them as provider-supplied unless WashMerit has reviewed them.
